When you book a ride with us, you will receive all the details about your car upfront. We want you to have complete peace of mind and be able to trust the vehicle you're riding in. Although we strive to maintain the original car and driver assigned to you, if any changes need to be made, we will always notify you in a timely manner. Rest assured that the replacement car will be of the same class or even better!

Usually, the deposit isn't required if you are traveling from Zagreb or Zagreb Airport with a taxi class car.

At least 20% prepayment is mandatory for exclusive cars, minivans, and minibusses. And we ask for a deposit in case we have to send a driver from Zagreb to pick you up in another town where we don't have partners.

When you ask for a quote about your transportation, we will reply to you with an all/inclusive offer. Offered price is for the whole chauffeur-driven vehicle.

If you accept the offer, the car will be reserved exclusively for you and your friends or family members you travel with. Just ask for a car/minivan with a passenger and boot capacity according to your group and luggage size.

When you ask for a price, please specify all the details about your ride and avoid any inconvenience that way.

Yes, we can provide a universal child seat or a booster seat. An additional charge may apply because the driver must drive to the office to take and leave a child seat.

We are unable to organize last-minute transfers. Only a city taxi service can provide a cab on short notice.

With our and other limousine services, you must schedule a ride at least a day in advance.

But it's best to reserve a vehicle at least a few days before the ride or more. That way, you can be sure that we will have availability to make a reservation for your ride at the best price.

While we at Zagreb Limo absolutely adore animals, unfortunately, we cannot allow them inside our vehicles. We understand that pets are part of the family and that they are lovable and well-behaved. However, the cleanliness of our vehicle's interiors is paramount, and we have strict standards to maintain our fleet's hygiene.
