Usually, the deposit isn’t required if you are traveling from Zagreb or Zagreb Airport with a taxi class car.

At least 20% prepayment is mandatory for exclusive cars, minivans, and minibusses. And we ask for a deposit in case we have to send a driver from Zagreb to pick you up in another town where we don’t have partners.
